Your private keys and recovery phrases remain solely under your control and are stored locally on your device unless you independently choose to back them up. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and recovery information.

B. Technical and Usage Information

No security system is guaranteed to be fully secure.

The Services may be accessed globally. By using Verdex Wallet, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Verdex Wallet is not intended for persons under the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

You may not use Verdex Wallet if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, any jurisdiction subject to sanctions or embargoes imposed by the United States or other applicable authorities.

You represent that you are not listed on any prohibited or restricted party list.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information.
